Cheatham is a relatively small, boring building, but the basement is kinda neat. As you enter the basement you can see steam pipes coming in through the wall on your left. The mechanical room has plenty of pipes, ventilation equipment, and five doors in the walls. Two of the doors lead out into a ventilation areaway, two open up into shafts leading to the roof (these are usually locked), and the final door is high up on the south wall behind a big ventilation thing. This door leads into what looks like a crawlspace but is labeled on the floor plans as an exhaust trench.

Cheatham's roof is access through a (usually) locked hatch at the top of one of the staircases. The roof is wide and open, with a two-foot wall all around. There's several large pieces of ventilation equipment in the middle, and a large chiller, which constantly spews steam.
