Not much to see here... Seitz has a funny smell, and is always a bit warmer than the buildings it's connected to.

There's a hatch up to the roof of the central tower though. The roof is surrounded by a five and a half foot wall, but this can be looked over by climbing up on an air conditioning unit in the middle of the roof.
